As an Operator-Setter, you are responsible for the correct setting, operation, and monitoring of complex cold forming machines. You play a key role in achieving a quality end product and ensuring that production runs efficiently and flawlessly. You will join a stable environment where craftsmanship, quality, and collaboration are central.
What you will do.
- Set up, convert, and adjust stamping machines according to technical specifications.
- Operate and monitor the production process with attention to efficiency and quality.
- Check finished parts and perform measurements according to technical drawings.
- Start machines and adjust as needed.
- Perform first-line maintenance (lubrication, oil refilling, minor interventions).
- Monitor production continuity and report deviations.
- Actively contribute ideas for process and output improvements.
Profile
- Possesses a mechanical background (education or experience).
- Has technical insight and enjoys performing fine mechanical adjustment work.
- Is handy and can work easily with tools.
- Works accurately and structured.
- Enjoys combining multiple tasks within a production environment.
- Values safety, quality, and collaboration.
- Understands and speaks Dutch well.
Experience.
- Both school leavers with technical training and experienced profiles are eligible.
- Experience does not necessarily have to come from a job: technical hobbies (e.g., tinkering) are also relevant.
