For an international organization. The existing team focuses on the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system. You will help keep daily services running. You will support the project team in testing and validating the new system.
What you will do.
- Process and check daily time registrations, performance, and absences.
- Investigate and correct missing or incorrect registrations.
- Maintain HR and time registration data and perform country-specific data checks.
- Prepare necessary payroll inputs according to the payroll calendar and agreed deadlines.
- Answer questions from employees and managers about time registration and absences.
- Escalate problems you cannot solve yourself to IT or the Time Services manager.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for payroll and other internal teams.
- Identify deviations, recurring errors, and improvement opportunities.
- Collect system adjustments and change requests and coordinate them with IT and international support teams.
- Support the project team in defining requirements and testing and validating the system setup.
- Support internal HR and financial controls and work according to applicable privacy and data protection rules.
Profile
- Practical experience with Time & Attendance, payroll preparation, or HR administration with a significant time registration component.
- Experience in processing and checking performance, absences, and overtime.
- Understanding of how correct time registration impacts payroll processing.
- Ability to investigate, correct, and follow up on data errors until resolved.
- Proficient in using HR and time registration systems and interpreting reports.
- Accurate, independent, and deadline-conscious.
- Clear communication with employees, managers, payroll colleagues, and IT.
- Knowledge of local regulations and knowing when to engage specialist support.
- Experience with system testing, a T&A implementation, or international HR services is a plus.
