What you will do.
- You closely follow developments in the Flemish government's sector for persons with disabilities
- You perform policy-preparatory and policy-advisory work
- You develop visions and translate them into strategies and actions
- You inform, advise, and motivate the members of the organization
- You participate on behalf of the organization in consultation bodies and advisory structures
- You maintain contacts with the relevant cabinets and administrations
What they ask
- You have (policy) experience in the sector of persons with disabilities
- You have completed a master's degree or gained equivalent experience
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with dossiers
- You can work independently and also collaborate easily in a team
