A growing SaaS organization develops an innovative SaaS platform for the real estate sector, enabling real estate professionals to digitally manage and optimize their processes. The scalable product is used daily by more than 350 customers in both private and public sectors. The international engineering team currently consists of 11 professionals and is entering an important next phase: transitioning from one team into two, and potentially three, autonomous, cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with the tech lead, who owns the technical direction, while you focus on building high-performing teams.
What you will do.
- Coaching and developing a team of 4-6 engineers.
- Improving delivery processes and collaboration with Product.
- Establishing clear ownership and effective ways of working.
- Supporting organizational change and continuous improvement.
Profile
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience scaling, restructuring, or splitting engineering teams.
- A hands-on mindset (approximately 50% management / 50% technical).
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to connect technology, product, and business.
- A background in C#/.NET and Azure is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus, but other technical backgrounds are welcome.

- Initial 12-month contract, followed by a permanent one.
