As a home care nurse, you are a valuable caregiver for your patients in their familiar home environment. Personal contact makes home care a very rewarding job. You will join an integrated care team consisting of a care coordinator, caregiver, social worker, cleaning assistant, and volunteers. Patient files are handled quickly and efficiently via your tablet. Travel is done with a company car in your own region.
What you do
As a home care nurse, you have a very varied set of tasks:
- Administering injections
- Administering medication
- Wound care
- Providing hygienic care
- Applying advanced nursing techniques
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (Bachelor, HBO5 or basic nurse) or midwifery (if issued before October 2018)
- Socially engaged
- Your top priority: the well-being of your patient
- Clear and correct communication with the patient and supervisor
- Correct processing of administration
- Willingness to work one weekend out of two
- Driving license B
Practical
- Permanent contract
- Part-time or full-time contract is negotiable
- Employment in your own region
- Excellent remuneration according to P.C. 330 and correct payment
