For a warm and modern residential care center, we are looking for a project nurse to strengthen the team. You can work as a freelancer or interim nurse. This assignment is for someone who values quality of care and enjoys working within a close-knit team.
What you do
As a project nurse, you are part of the nursing team and are co-responsible for the daily care of residents. Your tasks include, among others:
- Administering and monitoring medication
- Performing technical nursing procedures
- Observing and reporting on the health status of residents
- Drawing up and following up on care plans
- Collaborating with care assistants, doctors, and other disciplines
- Supporting residents and their families with a warm, professional approach
- Contributing to quality and person-centered care
What they ask
- You have a Nursing diploma (Bachelor or HBO5)
- You are in possession of a valid visa
- Experience within a residential care center is a plus, but not a requirement
- You work independently and take responsibility
- You are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team
- You have a heart for elderly care
- You are flexibly deployable
