For a specialized player in high-end aluminum facade constructions for complex and large-scale building projects, a Calculator is sought.
- The organization combines its own design office and skilled workers with years of expertise in facade construction.
- You will support growth and professionalization by technically substantiating projects and meticulously following up on calculations.
What you will do.
- Analyze tender and technical files (plans, specifications, quantity surveys).
- Prepare and substantiate cost calculations and offers.
- Contribute to technical and economic optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, the design office, and purchasing.
- Ensure a correct handover to execution.
Profile
- First relevant experience in calculation or a technical construction role.
- Technical insight and analytical ability.
- Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of facade systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and basic knowledge of French.
- Bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent by experience.
