- Work from recovery-oriented care and contribute to a safe, stimulating environment where every resident is seen

What they ask
- A completed MBO 4 education in the field of care
- Affinity with and/or experience in working with people with psychiatric problems, addiction, or mild intellectual disability (LVB)
- Ability to act situationally, a sense of perspective, and a sense of humor
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular shifts
- A stable personality and a calm, de-escalating attitude
- You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, or other) and can indicate what this means to you
Profile
The shelter facility is a day and night shelter for homeless and rootless people with a combination of complex problems, such as addictions, debts, a mild intellectual disability, or psychiatric problems. Participants receive guidance, shelter, and food. They are also helped to find housing, day activities, or work. Participants stay for a short period and then move on to another facility or their own home.
Affinity with animals is a plus, as house cats contribute to the warm, homely atmosphere and the recovery of participants.
