Are you a psychotherapist who enjoys working with clients with diverse psychological complaints and is energized by integrative treatments in a small-scale setting? A position is available within a multidisciplinary mental healthcare practice where you have a lot of autonomy, work as a primary therapist, and contribute to qualitative, client-oriented care within a committed and professional team.
What you will do.
- Responsible for conducting intakes and diagnostics
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Treating clients with various psychological issues from an integrative approach
- Fulfilling the role of primary therapist and coordinating treatments in collaboration with basic psychologists
- Providing work supervision
- Participating in multidisciplinary consultations (MDOs)
- Actively contributing to intervision and knowledge sharing within the team
What they ask
- BIG registration as a psychotherapist (or GZ-psychologist)
- Experience with diagnostics and evidence-based treatment methods
- Independent and entrepreneurial work attitude
- Experience or affinity with primary treatment and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
Practical
- Salary in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement (FWG-70), depending on experience
- No evening or weekend shifts
- Much autonomy and flexibility in your work
- Support from a back office (administration and client intake)
- Ability to start immediately with your own caseload
- Working in a small-scale, multidisciplinary, and informal team
