For a renowned real estate developer, active in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, a Project Developer is sought to shape complex real estate projects in strategic locations. You will join an experienced, compact team where initiative is valued and decisions can be made quickly.
What you will do.
- Participate in the analysis of new development opportunities
- Map out the possibilities and feasibility with colleagues
- Coordinate the various external partners involved in a development
- Follow up on projects and ensure that the different disciplines and interests remain aligned
Profile
- Master's degree, preferably in (engineering)architecture
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture or project development
- Experience with larger residential or mixed-use projects is a plus
- Strong interest in real estate and the various facets of development
- Analytical and practical mindset
- Entrepreneurial and willing to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and smooth collaboration with various parties
- No-nonsense attitude
