This mission offers the opportunity to intervene at the heart of strategic projects with a direct impact on several thousand employees within an organization. We are looking for a Business Change Manager capable of transforming ambition into adherence, federating stakeholders, and sustainably supporting teams through major changes.
What you will do.
- Define and carry the vision of change for strategic programs
- Build adoption strategies adapted to different audiences
- Perform impact analyses and stakeholder mapping
- Develop and manage change management plans
- Design engaging communication campaigns
- Develop training and support paths
- Facilitate workshops, events, and collaborative sessions
- Support managers in their role as change relays
- Measure adoption and adjust actions based on results
- Manage resistance and transform obstacles into levers for success
- Actively contribute to embedding a sustainable change culture
Profile
- At least 7 years of experience in change management
- Certification or solid mastery of ADKAR / Prosci approaches
- Significant experience in complex and highly regulated environments
- Proven experience in organizational and digital transformation projects
- Experience in supporting both blue-collar and white-collar populations
- Excellent ability to influence, federate, and mobilize stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Perfect command of French and Dutch, as well as a good level of English
