- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) working and thinking level
- Driving license B
- Social, strong communicator, and easily builds relationships
- A good listener and understands the needs of clients, flexible employees
- Switches effortlessly between clients, flexible employees
- A connecting discussion partner who brings different interests together
- Works accurately and keeps administrative processes well-organized
- Feels comfortable in a dynamic environment
