This assignment concerns a temporary replacement for two wage cost subsidy directors.

You contribute to the lawful payment of wage cost subsidies and job coach vouchers.
The activities are embedded in the organization of a work company and are carried out in a team context.
You participate in regular work meetings and report to a supervisor.

What you do

Lawfully pay wage cost subsidies and job coach vouchers.
Contribute to the further development of the preferred work process for wage cost subsidy payment.
Prepare and process applications, mutations, and definitive determinations of wage cost subsidies.
Draft reports and decisions based on decisions made.
Enter and financially process payments in Compas.
Answer telephone questions from employers.
Develop new methods to improve services and wage cost subsidy payment.

What they ask

Demonstrable work experience or completed education in the past 3 years with the Participation Act.

Preferences.

Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 3 years as a wage cost subsidy director at a municipality and/or work company.
Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with Compas.
Demonstrable work experience with preparing proposals for process improvements within a financial department.
Demonstrably completed education at minimum HBO bachelor level in an administrative field or in the direction of Social Pedagogical Assistance, Social Work, or Social Work and Services.
