As a location manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of an educational institution. You combine entrepreneurship, management, and education to make a daily impact on the development of young people. You will be given a lot of responsibility and freedom to contribute to the growth of students and the location.
What you will do.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student supervisors.
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory interviews with students and parents.
- Organize schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region.
- Be visibly present at the location and, if necessary, contribute to homework guidance.
- Realize growth, quality, and results within your location.
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Affinity with guiding and developing young people.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and sense of responsibility.
- Commercial insight and an eye for growth and results.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role is a plus.
