You will represent prestigious brands of cosmetics, perfumes, and skincare products within a duty-free zone. You will work in an international, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
What you will do.
- Actively welcome and advise customers in French and English; any additional language is an asset.
- Professionally analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote perfumes, makeup, and skincare products.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
- Develop a lasting customer relationship through quality service.
- Correctly implement promotional actions and new product launches.
- Ensure a neat and attractive product presentation, in accordance with brand merchandising guidelines.
- Control and replenish stock.
- Respect all safety, hygiene, and procedure-specific rules of the airport environment.
- Represent the brands with an impeccable presentation and professional attitude.
Profile
- Strong commercial temperament and a true passion for sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation, dynamism, and proactivity.
- Neat presentation and affinity with the world of luxury and beauty.
- Flexibility to work according to variable schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and morning or afternoon shifts.
- Good command of French and English is essential; any additional language is an asset.
- Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
- Experience in sales, ideally in luxury, cosmetics, perfumery, or beauty, is a real asset.
