You will work as a Product Owner on assignments for complex organizations, such as government institutions, large corporations, and data-intensive environments. You are the link between strategy and delivery, where one incorrect prioritization can lead to months of delay.
What you do
- Ultimately responsible for backlog, prioritization, and roadmap.
- Takes responsibility even when stakeholders have conflicting interests.
- Translates abstract organizational goals into concrete product choices.
- Drives value, compliance, speed, and continuity.
- Leaves teams and products structurally better than you found them.
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in complex IT environments.
- Demonstrable Agile/Scrum experience; SAFe is a strong plus.
- PSPO I and PSPO II certification (additional certifications are a plus).
- Experience within enterprise organizations, government, or infrastructure environments.
- Affinity with data-intensive environments and understanding of architecture, integrations, migrations, security, and compliance in broad terms.
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) degree.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
