Project Leader Social Domain

A government organization will implement an application for the social domain. This project will need to be guided by a project leader.

What you will do.

• Integral management of the project throughout all phases, from the preparatory phase up to and including the transfer to management
• Drawing up and realizing the project approach
• Responsible for achieving the set objectives within the agreed scope, planning, quality

What they ask

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 7 years in the role of ICT project leader
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum HBO bachelor level in the direction of Informatics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or Project Management
• Demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with application implementation projects
• Demonstrable work experience with digitalization and change projects
• Demonstrable work experience with guiding testing, acceptance, and commissioning processes
• Agreement with the stated secondment conditions
• Issuance of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required

Preferences.

• Demonstrable work experience with project steering on planning, budget, risks, and quality with various suppliers and project leaders
• Demonstrable work experience with supplier management and contractual agreements
• Demonstrable work experience with guiding adoption, change management, and user support during implementation projects
• Demonstrable certification such as Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA, Agile
• Demonstrable work experience in the role of ICT project leader
