A technology company is building a new cleanroom facility for large-scale production of photonic chips. This project includes cleanroom and office facilities, including all mechanical installations. You will be responsible for preparing the execution up to the project delivery.
What you do
- Prepare and compile execution packages
- Draw up work plans and detailed schedules
- Order materials and supervise outsourcing
- Monitor progress, quality
- Coordinate with executors, subcontractors
- Identify and register additional and less work
- Calculate and prepare additional work
- Check availability and timely delivery of materials
- Financially monitor materials and subcontractors
- Report to and collaborate with the project leader and project manager
What they ask
- Experience as a work preparer within mechanical installation engineering
- Experience with HVAC installations, preferably in cleanroom projects
- Experience with complex utility or high-tech projects
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to independently coordinate schedules, materials
