• You are the point of contact for youth health organizations and assess their substantive and financial plans.
• You are the point of contact for questions within your themes.

• You are a sharp policy advisor who is energized by societal issues.
• You possess knowledge, an analytical perspective, and administrative sensitivity to translate policy into concrete results.
• You involve colleagues in your ideas and build support with a connecting style.
• You have a relevant HBO diploma and experience in a similar position, preferably within a political-administrative environment.
• Thanks to your experience and strong oral advisory skills, you are a solid and reliable advisor for administrators.
• You listen carefully, analyze quickly, and extract the essence from a large amount of information.
• You translate complex issues into clear and useful advice and communicate it convincingly.
