You translate regional vision into local policy. You collaborate, advise, and develop policies for a safer and healthier society. The focus area is youth prevention and coordination of a supplementary care and welfare agreement.
What you do
- You are the link between regional policy and the board of a government organization.
- You translate regional agreements into municipal policy and advise the college and council.
- You monitor budgets and ensure that policy efforts in youth prevention align with other policy themes.
- You internally coordinate the activities of the supplementary care and welfare agreement.
- You work closely with policy advisors for health, youth, and Wmo, care & safety colleagues, and the healthy lifestyle coordinator.
- You represent the organization in regional consultations on youth prevention.
- You ensure, together with colleagues from the Social Team, an up-to-date offer regarding youth prevention.
- You collaborate with chain partners in the field of youth prevention.
- You are the point of contact for youth health organizations and assess their substantive and financial plans.
- You are the point of contact for questions within your themes.
Profile
- You are a sharp policy advisor who is energized by societal issues.
- You possess knowledge, an analytical perspective, and administrative sensitivity to translate policy into concrete results.
- You involve colleagues in your ideas and build support with a connecting style.
- You have a relevant HBO diploma and experience in a similar position, preferably within a political-administrative environment.
- Thanks to your experience and strong oral advisory skills, you are a solid and reliable advisor for administrators.
- You listen carefully, analyze quickly, and extract the essence from a large amount of information.
- You translate complex issues into clear and useful advice and communicate it convincingly.
