As an HR Consultant for a secondment agency, you work in-house at a large food producer, where you are the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes. From a warm welcome on the first working day to contributing ideas on personnel issues: thanks to you, employees feel seen, heard, and helped. No day is the same.
One morning you conduct discussions with employees about their development, while later in the day you look at personnel planning with a manager or solve an HR challenge. Meanwhile, you ensure that contracts, mutations, and administrative processes are meticulously arranged. It is precisely the combination of human contact, organization, and responsibility that makes this position so interesting.
What you do
- You are the fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guide them throughout their employment.
- You ensure careful onboarding and support employees with questions about their work, development, and deployability.
- You draw up contracts, process mutations, and maintain correct HR administration.
- You liaise daily with managers about staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.
- You conduct discussions about well-being, engagement, and development and encourage employees to get the best out of themselves.
- You identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and translate these into concrete actions on the shop floor.
What they ask
- MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in HRM or a similar field.
- Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus, but not a must.
- Easy and professional communication in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport.
