A valuable, temporary assignment within an airport organization.
- Annual execution of the employee satisfaction survey (MTO).
- The MTO forms an important basis for the further development of the organization, leadership, and employee experience.
- The survey measures, among other things, the Employee Satisfaction Score (ESAT), a key KPI.
What you will do.
- Monitor the progress of the MTO.
- Act as a central point of contact during the survey period.
- Maintain contacts with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Analyze survey outcomes, including the ESAT score and the main underlying drivers.
- Translate results into management information, dashboards, and board-oriented presentations.
- Advise HR Business Partners and managers on interpreting results, preparing discussions with management teams, and developing appropriate follow-up actions.
- Coordination, stakeholder guidance, analysis of results, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Lead the entire process.
Profile
- Experienced consultant who effortlessly switches between stakeholder management, data analysis, and executive presentations.
- Experience with employee satisfaction surveys, employee listening, and translating research results into concrete improvement actions.
- Strong combination of analytical skills, organizational sensitivity, and communication power.
- Comfortable in an environment where you switch between operational coordination, substantive analyses, and executive advice.
- Able to advise diverse stakeholders and guide them through changes.
- Works intensively with HR Business Partners, management teams, regional airports, and an external research agency.
What they ask
- VOG (Certificate of Conduct) required.
- Valid identification (passport or ID card) to be shown during intake and start.

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding employment conditions and the organization's collective labor agreement.
Preferences.
- Experience with external research agencies, preferably a specific agency.
