Technical Customer Service Representative

At a fast-growing international e-commerce organization, specialized in technical products, everything comes together: speaking German, helping customers, and solving technical puzzles. You will work in an informal and enthusiastic team of 4 colleagues, with short lines of communication, a lot of freedom, and a strong team spirit. There is ample room for personal input and initiative.

What you will do.

• First point of contact for customers of the Dutch and German webshops.
• Assisting both private and business customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Answering technical, logistical, and administrative questions.
• Helping with the use of the website, configurator, and calculation tool.
• Answering questions about various products and making calculations to help customers choose the right product.
• Processing orders.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Analyzing problems, determining priority, and independently finding suitable solutions.
• Involving suppliers where necessary.

What they ask

• MBO (intermediate vocational education) level of thinking and working, preferably in a technical field.
• Demonstrable technical insight (e.g., from DIY experience) and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent command of Dutch and German.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Good digital skills and ability to switch quickly.
