IT Business Analyst

You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers in the public sector. You will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services. This position is open for employees and contractors.

What you will do.

• Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications
• Management of change requests
• Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries
• Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders
• Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training material
• Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents
• Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
• Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users

What they ask

• +5/+7/+9 years relevant experience in IT business analysis
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.)
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect is an advantage
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
• Ability to give business and technical presentations
• Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analysis and problem solving skills
• Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents
• Certificate in Agile methodology would be a plus
• Fluent in English
