As a neurology consultation nurse, you support doctors, guide patients, and perform neurological examinations within a healthcare organization.
What you do
- You ensure, together with colleagues and doctors, the smooth running of the neurology consultation.
- You welcome and inform patients about the course of examinations and treatments, reassure them, and provide the necessary aftercare and guidance.
- You independently perform neurological examinations and measurements according to applicable procedures and regulations.
- You meticulously follow the daily planning of consultations and examinations.
- You schedule appointments and examinations and contribute to correct administrative processing and registration in the patient file.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in nursing or an HBO5 nursing diploma.
- You work patient-oriented and value quality care.
- You are flexible and stress-resistant.
- You possess the necessary technical skills to perform medical-technical examinations.
