Taking the lead in an ongoing change program focused on Data-Driven Ways of Working & Personalization within an organization.
What you will do.
- Coordinate the progress of the change program
- Facilitate workshops, work sessions, and decision-making processes
- Translate strategic ambitions into concrete change initiatives
- Develop and implement adoption and activation activities
- Support leaders in their role as change leader
- Stakeholder management at various levels within the organization
- Monitor progress, risks
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager or Program Manager
- Experience with organizational change, change adoption, and cultural transformation
- Strong in stakeholder management and connecting different interests
- Experience with agile methodologies and/or transformation programs
- Affinity with data-driven work, digitalization, or marketing is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English
