GWW Contract Manager

As a GWW contract manager at an executive government agency, you will lead complex infrastructure projects and collaborate with the market for a sustainable future. You play a key role in realizing and maintaining future-proof dry and wet infrastructure. Within the Integrated Project Management Team (IPM), you are ultimately responsible for the procurement and contract management process.

What you will do.

• Preparing and executing procurement and tender processes for services and works
• Deploying and applying innovative contract forms, such as UAV-GC and two-phase contracts
• Managing and directing contracts during the execution phase
• Serving as the central point of contact for the project team and the contractor
• Monitoring project objectives and assessing whether contractors meet contractual requirements
• Negotiating contract changes and resolving any disputes
• Connecting internal and external stakeholders and realizing joint solutions
• Collaborating with market parties in all phases of the project assignment

What they ask

• Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a relevant field, such as technology or business administration
• Preferably, training or education in procurement and GWW contracts
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable leadership and project management experience within procurement or contract management in infrastructure, utility construction
• Work experience with various contract forms, such as UAV-GC and Design & Construct
• Familiar with integrated project management (IPM) and knowledge of tendering
