Contribute to the smooth running of the different project phases, and in this context:
- Contribute to IT projects on dimensions related to Data expertise.
- Advise and assist in the choice and implementation of selected solutions.
- Ensure operability in compliance with the security and architecture rules of the IT system.
- Guarantee the relevance and sustainability of the technical and/or functional solutions for which you will be responsible, to enable the evolution and operational maintenance of the solution.
- Ensure that service quality measurement tools are operational and available (Quantification/Qualimetry of operation): Contribution to RUN quality.
- Administer the Informatica solutions of an organization.
- Installation, configuration of all platforms and implementation of observability.
- Process industrialization: scripting.
- Ensure reporting of technical indicators: Capacity Planning.
- Provide technical support in incident resolution and handle problem management.
- Handle N2/N3 incidents in compliance with service commitments and established company processes.
Profile
- Informatica expertise with significant experience in the following skills:
- Operating systems Linux, AIX, and Windows.
- Ability to install and configure PowerCenter / PowerExchange solutions.
- Capable of installing connectors to various data sources: DB2 - Oracle - SAP - CDC.
- Good understanding of workflow principles.
- Ability to support Development support teams.
- Incident management.
- Project support.
- Appreciated knowledge of Java/JavaScript, Python, and Ansible.
- Document operational procedures.
- Having been involved in an Informatica PowerExchange / PowerCenter version upgrade project.
- Having knowledge and/or experience with the Informatica CDI-PC solution.
- Capacity planning management.
- Authorization management.
- Interconnections management with Legacy systems.
- RGPD compliance of the platform.
- PCI compliance of the platform.
- Support for Operations teams & SSI support.
