SAP PP QM Specialist

The main focus is on production-related processes within a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on SAP PE, QM and PPDS.

  • The role includes leading and supporting end-to-end SAP implementations across fit-gap analysis, system setup, functional design documentation, training, UAT, data collection and migration, go-live support, and final documentation.
  • Close collaboration with logistics, controlling, procurement and other business domains is essential to ensure smooth process integration.
  • Proactively work with cross-functional stakeholders and other production team members to design robust, detailed and scalable processes.
  • Understand complex business processes, challenge stakeholders to clarify underlying needs, and translate those requirements into structured SAP solutions within both template-based and custom-built environments.
  • Support business users with clear communication, ensure alignment across domains, and contribute to successful deployment activities in an international setting.

Project scope.

  • Production Execution (PE): strong expertise in SAP PE processes in a manufacturing context, including shop floor integration and execution flows.
  • Quality Management (QM): solid experience in SAP QM, ideally combined with integration toward a LIMS platform.
  • PPDS: good understanding of Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, with the ability to connect planning and execution processes.
  • Experience with EWM integration is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in greenfield implementations is a plus.

Profile

  • Proven experience with end-to-end SAP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration across domains, including logistics, controlling and procurement.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP PE, QM and PPDS within a manufacturing company.
  • PPDS knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with integration of LIMS systems, and preferably EWM.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot SAP issues is a plus.
  • Communicate in a clear, structured and business-oriented way.
  • Comfortable challenging the business to identify the real underlying requirements.
  • Work well with both business stakeholders and technical colleagues, and build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Show a proactive attitude, resilience under pressure and flexibility when priorities change.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good French is required to support project activities.
  • Polish is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • SAP certification is an asset, although practical experience is considered more important.
