Within the design team of a large project, you are responsible for the creation and implementation of the BIM process. You are entrusted with guiding the digital approach and have the opportunity to shape the role.
What you will do.
- Take responsibility for managing BIM standards
- Provide training on Vectorworks
- Ensure the creation and implementation of the BIM process
- Coordinate BIM processes
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between architecture, stability
- Establish the corporate BIM protocol and ensure correct implementation within the organization
- Manage and optimize standards, templates, and libraries to promote efficiency and quality
- Innovate with advanced techniques such as parametric modeling, automation, and data links
- Coach modelers and architects
- Represent the organization as a BIM expert
What they ask
- Good knowledge of BIM and strong affinity with 3D models
- Knowledge of Vectorworks is useful, but not a must
- Technical or construction background
- Work and think efficiently, structured, design-oriented
- Work independently with ease
- Accustomed to functioning in a team
- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different disciplines
- Very good knowledge of Dutch
