This role combines technology with freedom and responsibility for loyal clients. You will manage your own client portfolio and work on various ICT issues. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues and have ample opportunity to expand your technical knowledge. You will be the trusted face for your clients.
What you will do.
- Manage and support clients, acting as a technical point of contact.
- Install and manage servers, Microsoft 365 environments, networks, Wi-Fi solutions, and firewalls.
- Execute projects, such as migrations from on-premise environments to the cloud.
- Support software implementations, certificates, licenses, and VoIP solutions.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT management or IT infrastructure world.
- Preferred experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and preferably knowledge of Azure.
- Experience with workstation management, servers, networks, and IT support.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
