As an HR consultant, you are the trusted link between flexible workers, clients, and colleagues. You work independently on-site at a client's location and ensure that everything related to intake, guidance, and planning runs smoothly. From the first introductory meeting to the further development of employees: you are visible, involved, and always available.

What you will do.
- You ensure efficient personnel planning that meets the needs of both the client and the flexible employees.
- You guide flexible employees throughout their entire career, from onboarding to evaluation and performance reviews.
- You maintain daily contact with clients, team leaders, and employees and are the first point of contact for various HR issues.
- You support flexible employees in their development by actively thinking with them about growth, performance, and future opportunities.
- You perform recruitment tasks, such as scheduling and conducting job interviews.
Profile

- MBO 4 diploma in HR or a comparable field.
- Experience in conducting interviews with team leaders.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Adaptable and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
- Driving license B and own car for travel between locations.
