What you do
As a mutation carpenter, you will work daily on various maintenance and renovation projects within residential construction. You will ensure that homes are delivered neatly and ready for new residents. Your activities include:
- Replacing and hanging doors
- Repairing and installing window frames
- Performing finishing work and installing baseboards
- Repairing floors, ceilings
- Various maintenance and repair work within homes
You will work in both vacant and occupied homes and will regularly interact with residents and contractors. It is important that you work neatly, can function independently, and are customer-oriented.
What they ask
- Demonstrable experience as a mutation carpenter, preferably in the maintenance and renovation of rental and owner-occupied homes
- In possession of a B (E) driving license
- Own tools and transport
- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- A valid VCA-Basic certificate or willingness to obtain it
