A healthcare organization is looking for a file manager for the International Law department. You will strengthen the team responsible for the smooth registration of members and access to the correct rights and benefits for medical expenses. This specifically concerns files of members residing or having an income abroad.
What you will do.
- You process registrations related to international agreements.
- You process foreign European Health Insurance Cards for individuals admitted to a Belgian hospital.
- You assign the correct rights for the reimbursement of healthcare to members.
- You inform members by phone and email about their membership.
- You contact other external partners/organizations verbally and in writing (e.g., hospitals, other mutualities, foreign health insurance funds).
- You accurately and timely follow up on international law files and ensure their smooth handling.
