The mission is part of a digital transformation program within an industrial group, aiming to replace the current ERP system with a new one, simultaneously implement a new PLM system and a new internal supplier portal, and evolve other information system applications, including an internal quality management system and an MES system.
The objective is to ensure the coordination of the functional aspect of data migration across the entire program, guaranteeing consistency between projects and alignment with the overall transformation strategy. The technical aspects of the migration are handled by a dedicated team; the position therefore corresponds to a role of functional coordination and transversal animation, and not a pure technical expertise role.
What you do
- Confirm with business teams the data to be migrated per application and challenge needs to limit unnecessary migrations.
- Identify data owners and secure necessary validations.
- Define the data migration strategy for all applications covered by the program.
- Build and maintain the global migration planning and manage inter-project dependencies.
- Ensure consistency of migration rules between applications.
- Monitor data quality indicators, identify risks, and propose action plans.
- Contribute to Cutover and Go-Live preparation.
- For certain non-specific objects, potentially take charge of technical activities in collaboration with the technical migration lead.

- Confirmed / senior consultant with 15 years or more of experience in data migration within ERP transformation programs or multi-application digital transformation.
- Solid experience in transversal coordination and facilitating business workshops, including without hierarchical authority.
- Good understanding of data governance and data quality, as well as dependencies between information systems.
- Recognized analytical, synthesis, and structuring skills.
- Perfect command of French.
- Good comprehension and writing skills in English.
