An educational institution is looking for a Quality Coordinator for a dynamic pivotal role. You will contribute to a safe, stimulating pedagogical climate and challenging education with high expectations for every child. The organization works with approximately 300 students daily on engaging and quality education, inspired by the ideas of John Hattie.
What you will do.
- Monitors the connection between educational development, support & care, and quality assurance.
- Guides and inspires the team in the process of how learning works.
- Provides and receives growth-oriented feedback.
- Effortlessly translates educational data, observations, and knowledge about learning into concrete improvements in daily educational practice.
- Continues the shift from curative to proactive and preventive work.
- Coordinates with subject-specific coordinators.
- Maintains constructive and meaningful contact with parents and external partners.
- Contributes strategically as an active member of the management team.
- Provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the management.
- Takes on an exemplary role within the school.
Profile
- Experienced, passionate, and connecting quality coordinator.
- Teaching qualification.
- Enthusiastic and committed attitude with a decisive approach.
- Accessible in contact, but clear on content and dares to take a stand when necessary.
- Monitors the common thread across the three KC domains.
- Knows how to involve colleagues in educational development.
