You will work with participants facing complex life challenges. As a residential supervisor, you are a stable factor who accompanies them with love, structure, and conviction on their path to recovery and independence.
What you will do.
- Together with the participant, establish the care plan and monitor its progress.
- Adhere to agreements and address participants in a constructive manner.
- Work closely with residential supervisors, nurses, caregivers, and behavioral scientists within the organization.
- Have the freedom to accelerate care trajectories where necessary, based on your professional insight.
- Guide diverse participants, with various support needs and multi-problematic issues.
Profile
- Completed HBO education (higher professional education) in Social Work, SPH, MWD, or Nursing.
- Experience with (or affinity for) people with psychiatric, mild intellectual disability (LVB), judicial, and/or addiction problems.
- Proficient in drawing up care or treatment plans.
- Patience and ability to relativize/perseverance in guiding people with complex problems.
- A strong sense of order, overview, and file discipline.
- Good knowledge of the social support network in the region.
- You are a Christian (Protestant, Catholic, or other) and can articulate what your faith means to you.
