Functional Administrator Social Domain Setup

• Assess and implement changes within applications based on evolving processes in the Social Domain.
• Work case-oriented and in line with legal frameworks such as the GDPR and the Archives Act.
• Translate change requests into an appropriate configuration in the systems.
• Collaborate with the project organization, the information management team, and ICT Management and Support.
• Analyze change requests and translate them into system configuration adjustments (workflows, picklists, tables, user roles).
• Test and verify work in the acceptance environment and ensure error-free delivery.
• Document implemented changes and ensure clear communication with all involved teams.
• Guide the go-live of changes and provide aftercare for questions or incidents.
• Actively collaborate with the management team for knowledge transfer and safeguarding of work.

What they ask

• Minimum two years of experience with change management within municipal government, specifically with brokers and case/DMS systems.
• Relevant HBO+ education.

Preferences.

• A completed HBO degree or specialization in functional management, such as BISL, information management, or business administration.
• Two years of recent work experience with specific applications for the social domain.
• Three years of demonstrable experience within a government organization.
• One to two years of demonstrable experience as described.
