As a Payroll Officer, you will work in the HR team at an international player in the textile sector. Through an outsourcing partner, you maintain your freedom, quickly find new assignments, and simplify your administration.
What you will do.
- You manage payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers.
- You are the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
- You manage requests for time credit, parental leave, etc.
- You are in close contact with the social secretariat.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or equivalent through HR experience.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Adobe or ERP is a big plus.
- You work accurately.
- You communicate professionally with employees.
- You quickly learn new systems.
