The I&A department is a professional service provider in the field of information services and information technology within a government organization. As I&A, we provide colleagues with the correct and up-to-date ICT facilities and advise on process automation and data management. The Management Team is responsible for the functional and technical management and maintenance of all applications and the underlying infrastructure in Azure. Microsoft 365 is an important facility in this regard.
We are looking for a technical application administrator M365 for temporary reinforcement. You will work in close contact with colleagues inside and outside I&A to provide optimal digital support. You will be part of the Cloud cluster of the Management Team.
What you will do.
- Perform technical 2nd and 3rd line activities related to Microsoft 365 (advising, determining impact, setting up technically complex matters, handling notifications, solving issues)
- Proactively manage the M365 environment
- Automate and reassign Microsoft 365-related tasks
- Renew the technology behind the intranet and implement a Sharepoint Modern sites project
- Guide and execute changes to ICT systems, including impact analyses and technical knowledge input
- Contribute to good and up-to-date version control and configuration management

What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level in IT (completed HBO education with at least 5 years of recent relevant experience in IT, or completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) with at least 10 years of recent relevant experience in IT)
- Minimum 5 years of experience (gained in the period 2018 - present) in the role of technical application administrator of Microsoft 365 products
- Minimum 5 years of experience working at or for an organization with 500+ employees
- Minimum 3 years of experience (gained in the period 2018 - present) in the role of technical specialist or cloud engineer on the Microsoft Azure platform
Wishes.
- Microsoft certifications: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102)
- Experience with managing applications running on virtualized environments
- Experience with the security domain and knowledge of security within Microsoft 365
- Experience with ShareGate, PowerShell, and MS Graph
- Experience with methods and techniques (ASL2, BiSL, and ITIL) for managing information systems
