Occupational Therapist

A healthcare organization daily nurses and cares for tens of thousands of people, from young to old, at home or in their nursing and care homes. The organization has a challenging social mission to provide appropriate care to vulnerable people and to be meaningful. The goal is to enable people to live independently at home for as long as possible or to function as independently as possible in their homes.

What you will do.

• Work in small-scale nursing homes, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and in Primary Care.
• Collaborate extensively with care professionals, informal caregivers, and other disciplines.
• Be part of a young and enthusiastic professional group of six occupational therapists within the treatment service.
• Contribute to the development of the professional group.
• Provide expertise and advice.
• Focus on primary care and the Long-term Care Act (WLZ).
• The distribution of tasks will be determined in consultation with the team.
• Working days are generally Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a professional group meeting on Thursday afternoon.

• Completed HBO Occupational Therapy education.
• Registered in the quality register (KP).

• In possession of a driving license and car.
