Donor Relationship Officer

Looking for a meaningful job in the social sector? An organization dedicated to children is looking for a bilingual (FR/NL) Donor Service Officer for a fixed-term contract. The organization, with a multidisciplinary team of 70 committed employees and over 300 active volunteers, works tirelessly – 7 days a week, 24 hours a day – to find missing children and combat the sexual exploitation of minors, both online and offline. Within the fundraising team, you play a key role in managing relationships with donors.

Through rigorous administrative follow-up and quality service, you contribute to their satisfaction, loyalty, and the sustainable support of the organization's mission.

What you do

  • Manage administrative requests from donors (contact details, direct debits, tax certificates, national register, etc.).
  • Ensure data updates in the Eudonet CRM.
  • Answer calls and ensure professional, clear, and empathetic contact with donors.
  • Send letters and confirmations to donors without an email address.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of municipal donations (acknowledgements, subsidies, forms).
  • Manage, update, and import donor data into the Eudonet CRM.
  • Guarantee the quality of the database and process administrative requests related to donations (direct debits, tax certificates, banks, contact details, etc.).
  • Participate in drafting and updating Eudonet procedures and user manuals.
  • Ensure logistical follow-up of material shipments (brochures, leaflets, mailings, letters).
  • Provide valuable and general administrative support to the fundraising team.

Profile

  • Languages: You are perfectly bilingual French/Dutch, both orally and in writing. You communicate with ease and adapt your speech to different interlocutors.
  • Education: You hold a bachelor's degree or can demonstrate relevant experience in an administrative, customer service, or donor relationship management role.
  • Experience: Experience in customer care, client relations, donor service, or a similar administrative role is a real asset.
  • Administrative management and organization: You are organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines.
  • IT skills: You master the tools of the Microsoft Office suite. Experience with a CRM or a data management tool is a significant asset.
  • Data management: You attach great importance to the quality and accuracy of information and ensure rigorous follow-up of donor data.
  • Communication: You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills. You appreciate contact with donors and know how to offer quality service, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Service orientation: You are a good listener, solution-oriented, and keen to ensure a positive experience for the organization's donors.
  • Soft skills: You are autonomous, proactive, versatile, and enjoy teamwork. You demonstrate discretion and reliability in processing information.
  • Commitment and motivation: You fully identify with the values and mission of the organization and wish to contribute, through your daily work, to supporting our action for children.
