Care Director

This assignment involves an integral management position within a dynamic organization that provides tailored youth and educational support. The organization guides and supports thousands of young people and their parents annually. You will work closely with the board, the care director, and the management team to contribute to the ongoing development of the organization.

What you will do.

• Lead ambulatory care management (4 managers) and be responsible for care components such as prevention, specialized ambulatory assistance, and day treatment.
• Strengthen ambulatory care by being the client for the program plan for ambulatory services and ensuring its execution and implementation, with an eye for future-proof choices and sound business operations.
• Bear executive responsibility for the organization's share in a collaborative partnership in the region, requiring cooperation with the partnership's management and cooperative partners.
• Ensure a smooth transition to the definitive portfolio distribution and concretely contribute to the organization's ongoing development.
