Working for a global leader in cloud-based customer relationship management and enterprise technology.
- Helping to plan and deliver exceptional customer engagements, executive experiences, and events at their innovation center.
- Working closely with Strategists and Account Executives to organize the content and experience of customer engagement programs.
- The Strategist is responsible for designing and managing high-impact executive briefing experiences for major corporate clients.
- The Strategist partners with Account Executive teams to understand customer goals, create tailored meeting agendas, and align product experts and executives to showcase enterprise technology transformations.
- Creating meaningful experiences which enhance and accelerate the customers’ business goals and objectives as part of an engagement program.
- Facilitating the planning, preparation, and execution of these programs.
- A dynamic role for someone interested and experienced in a career in marketing, programs, sales events, and productivity.
What you do
- Create and shape the customer experience by gaining an understanding of the customers’ business objectives for the programs.
- Clearly articulate these objectives in meeting invites and inquiries.
- Manage meeting logistics, including experiences, room and speaker calendar scheduling, catering coordination, and room readiness.
- Manage an ecosystem of on-site logistics.

- Commitment to customer satisfaction and creation of seamless customer experiences.
- 3-5 years of functional experience in hospitality industry or marketing events.
- Customer-facing experience and/or event management experience.
- Flexibility and curiosity to adapt to changes driven by customer expectations.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- English fluent, Dutch native not necessary.
- Familiarity with dashboards and reporting skills is a key differentiator.
