We are looking for a Digital Tech Lead to lead application services and technology partners across a global pharmaceutical environment.
What you do
- Lead Application Management Services (AMS) across global applications.
- Manage vendors against SLAs, KPIs, budgets and contracts.
- Drive GenAI and automation initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Oversee incident/problem management and operational performance.
- Manage vendor governance, service reviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Support resource planning, budgeting and knowledge transfer.
Profile
- Strong AMS / IT Service Management background.
- Experience managing global vendors and stakeholders.
- Exposure to GenAI / automation within IT operations.
- Pharma or regulated industry experience is a plus.
