Regional Manager Social Support

Leading multiple self-organizing teams within guidance centers (day care) and outpatient guidance.
- These teams support people with acquired brain injury (ABI).
- The client is looking for a manager who wants to commit to this region for a longer period, focusing on continuity, stability, and sustainable relationships.
What you do
- Combining strategic insight with a practical approach and being visible on the work floor.
- Providing autonomy where possible, offering clarity where needed, and ensuring employees can perform their work well and with pleasure.
- Building on existing qualities, developments, and collaborations.
- Taking time to build trust with employees, clients, and partners.
- Supporting teams in their development, self-organization, and collaboration.
- Ensuring clear expectations, defined goals, and a consistent course.
- Creating the right preconditions, monitoring processes, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Representing the organization towards municipalities, referrers, and collaboration partners.
- Maintaining existing relationships and developing new collaborations.
- Contributing to tenders and contractual agreements.
- Identifying opportunities and developments within healthcare and the social domain.
- Translating opportunities and developments into concrete improvements, new working methods, or care arrangements.
- Collaborating with colleagues, municipalities, and other partners on future-proof support for people with ABI.
What they ask
- Relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree, for example in management, healthcare management, or a healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in leadership.

Practical
- Part of the Social Support unit.
- Leading teams within guidance centers and outpatient guidance.
- Responsible for approximately 115 employees and volunteers.
- Main assignment: ensuring the right conditions for teams to flourish and clients to receive the best possible support.
- Much freedom to be visible where needed and stay close to what is happening within the teams.
- Part of a close-knit team of 10 regional managers who actively collaborate and support each other.
- Regular meetings at a central office for consultation and knowledge sharing.
