You have experience in occupational medicine and are seeking further development. There are various opportunities to tackle more complex cases, develop in employer advisory roles, or learn more about multidisciplinary collaboration. As an AIOS, you will receive guidance and practical experience during your training.
What you will do.
- Guide employees and employers on absenteeism and employability issues.
- Assess work capacity.
- Advise on reintegration.
- Investigate factors influencing health and work.
- Collaborate with occupational physicians, case managers, practice assistants, and occupational experts.
- Work independently with available guidance and professional sparring.
Profile
- Completed Medical degree and valid BIG registration.
- For experienced general practitioners: at least one year of experience in occupational medicine.
- For AIOS: started or about to start the training to become an an occupational physician.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to further develop within occupational medicine.

- Flexible working hours.
- No evening, night, or weekend shifts.
