You will join a dynamic team of 8 colleagues where collaboration, customer focus, and quality are central.
What you will do.
- Process and follow up on orders from A to Z
- Prepare delivery notes
- Plan and coordinate transports
- Support customers with questions about orders and deliveries
- Support representatives in managing their customer portfolio
- Collaborate intensively with various internal departments
- Actively contribute to optimal service delivery and process improvements
Profile
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Processing
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset
- Strong organizational skills and accurate work
- Customer-oriented, flexible
- Enjoys working independently and in a team
- Interest in a technical environment
