Information Technology Architect

• Translate business capabilities and processes into pragmatic IT architectures, roadmaps, and actionable blueprints.
• Partner with Business, Enterprise, Solution, Data, Security, and Platform Architects.
• Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Present architectural decisions to governance forums and document key decisions through ADRs.
• Manage the evolution of the application and platform portfolio, identifying reuse opportunities and technical-debt reduction.
• Assess architectural trade-offs across cost, risk, complexity, and time to value.
• Review Solution Architecture deliverables and advise senior stakeholders on long-term architectural implications.
• Govern data models, integration patterns, interoperability, and information consistency.
• Embed security, resilience, availability, and regulatory requirements into architectural decisions.
• Develop domain roadmaps that anticipate business, regulatory, and technology evolution.

What they ask

• Strong experience in IT/domain architecture and pragmatic architectural governance.
• Deep knowledge of TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design, Event Storming, and Agile Architecture.
• Experience with corporate business capabilities and supporting systems, including areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or Corporate Services.
• Background with SAP.
• Knowledge and experience with AI target/reference architectures, architectural patterns, and AI governance, including awareness of the EU AI Act.
• Experience with data and integration architecture.
• Understanding of security, availability, resilience, and regulatory requirements in complex environments.
• Awareness of IT/OT integration and operational constraints in critical infrastructure.
• Experience with or knowledge of energy-market facilitation and related system services is relevant.
