An organization is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial project leader with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in dance, theater, and/or performing arts. The organization is looking for someone who knows the Dutch theater and performing arts field, can build and maintain relationships, and actively connect performances and projects to theaters, cultural centers, festivals, schools, and social organizations.
In addition to acquisition and relationship management, you will guide projects and work with the artistic and organizational team on the further development of the organization. The organization operates in three areas: professional dance and theater productions, youth and education, and elderly and social participation.
What you will do.
- Project management of dance and theater productions and participation projects
- Build and maintain contact with theaters, venues, programmers, cultural centers, and collaboration partners
- Acquisition and sales of performances and programs
- Develop new venues, clients
- Actively expand the existing network
- Supervise planning, production, communication, and project progress
- Support and guide the team in the execution of projects
- Translate artistic ideas into feasible productions and collaborations
- Contribute to thinking about financing, funds, subsidies, and the further development of the organization
