- Strong communication skills, a good conversational partner, and solid in stakeholder management.
- Easily switches between different interests, maintains an independent overview, and knows how to involve people in sustainable choices.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, independently leading projects, preferably within a complex or public organization.
